My card can no longer process any payments

 Recently, my debit card has stopped processing any payments. the card info is correct and it's far from expired. I just wanna know, is my type of card one that requires me to add money to it from paypal? I thought it was linked to my bank account but the fact it cannot process anything now worries me. I did contact them and they said my card wasn't locked or anything. If I don't fix this, then i'll lose a couple of my online subscriptions. Please tell me what i'm doing wrong cuz I don't know. I've been trying to solve this mystery for like 3 days already and i still run into that same error you see below. my card.pngCheckout.png
