I received this email: You recently attempted to transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account. Your bank declined the money transfer. However I had already manually fixed up my PayPal balance to come to $0. Does anyone know what will happen now?

Hello @humanshrek
Thank you for posting your question in the PayPal Help Community!
I understand your concern about the recent transfer. Generally, PayPal will charge your financial after certain time to resolve the negative balance in your account. No need to worry! If you've already cleared the negative balance, there will be no second attempt made to your bank from PayPal towards the negative balance.
I hope this information helps,
Bindu
