Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum!

 

If you have been advised that your card has been declined, please contact your card issuer, and ensure the card is eligible for online use. When adding the card to your PayPal account, a "test" charge of $1 is applied to the card. If there are insufficient funds to cover this "test" charge, please add funds to your card account, prior to adding the card.
