I received a payment of $250 from somewhere and after deduction of taxes it reflected $236 as amount but still my payment is kept on hold from withdrawal saying "PayPal is withholding (for 21 days) any money above $ 300.00 USD in sales each month based on your current sales performance." I want to know how it can be resolved and will my payment be provided to me or not or will it only be there in Paypal also how long will it take.
And will there be some other charges implied if when it comes to my account?
I tried to change the limit but it failed to say try after 30Days so what can I do in this case, is my payment safe & will be diverted to me safely after how long?
