My PayPal wallet has not linked yet with my debit card

I just would like to ask if i can recieve transfered mony transaction inside my wallet without link my paypal wallet with debit card or i can't ?

in another word can i see the transfered mony transaction amount which already has been done today 26-8-2023 visible in my paypal wallet balance even if my wallet not yet linked with debit card please clarify
