My PayPal Balance isn't an option for paying, it only shows the credit card.

I tried using my PayPal Balance as a payment method for an Online purchase. In short, it doesn't work AT ALL. I tried it multiple ways, but everytime I choose PayPal as the paying method, it only shows my linked debit card and not my balance as the options. The money was sent to my balance so I DON'T put weight on my card, and even if I wanted to transfer it to my card now I would need to pay a fee. I need a solution for this. When going to the preferred paying methods, the PayPal balance isn't even listed there as an option - still only the credit card.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

@kernowlass Hello, thank you for the answer. I didn't see an option for adding the country where I'm from so I'm sorry about that, the answer is Bosnia & Herzegovina.
