Monthly coaching subscription changes initial content after first month. Asking for refund

I subscribed to a monthly service but right after first payment the seller changed the content of the coaching from relationships to business. The seller said they would keep the initial content twice a week: on weekends, so I stay 2 more months but after that initial content was no longer provided and it was just about business. So I’d like a refund for all payments because the coaching provided didn’t match the initial description. How do I ask for a full refund? I have contacted the seller but no reply so far. Thanks!!

Hey, thank you for your reply. I have tried the resolution centre by the app and it loops and doesn’t open... also as it was a subscription there are several months, do I need to repeat the process for each month? ... In case I manage to open the resolution centre?

Best you do it on the web and select ''service received but not as described''.

You would need to do it for each transaction.
