Money was withdrawn form the bank account by PayPal but no purchase was done

I purchased an online game through blizzard shop the money was withdrawn from my bank account to PayPal but the transaction of the game never went through and there's no information of the money withdrawn in my paypal account

I see you've questions about not seeing a transaction on your PayPal account. This usually happens when you complete the transaction directly using your card or bank account without logging in to your PayPal account. However, you should have still received a confirmation email from PayPal.
