Money transfer to bank account

Hi Since yesterday I am unable to transfer funds from PayPal to my bank or debit card. I keep getting the message that something went wrong and that I try again later. This is very frustrating given that I have used PayPal for years for business. I have money paid into my account that I can't access.

Hi @rdzemo,
I understand you are unable to transfer money to your Bank account. Please be informed that you won't be able to withdraw money if your account is limited. I would recommend you Resolve the limitation.

Thanks a lot. In the resolution center, I have 0 pending case. When I click on resolve limitation, that is all I see. No pending case. No email from PayPal. Why is that?
