Money sent to PayPal not recorded in my account

I sent money to PayPal Whittaker House, [Removed]

sent from my Australian bank. That was 3 days ago and the money has not appeared in my PayPal account. Nor have I received an email acknowledging receipt. I now fear I may not have given my name on the bank transaction. If that is the case it is sitting in PayPal's own account. I would like to speak to a PayPal staff member to discuss further on private messaging.

Why would you do that???

If you wanted to add funds to your paypal account balance you just click on add funds and transfer it from any linked bank account confirmed on your paypal account.

My bank confirmed that PayPal was returning the money as

the transfer did not meet requirements and funds were in my

bank account the following day.
