Money send/transaction to a friend or family relative from Israel to Germany

Hello community,

I've sent my sister some money recently, while wiring transaction there was not option "send to a friend"

Now my sister is requested to provide me an invoice, and money amount was deducted with 5 percent fee.

How can I change this transaction from business to personal and cancel money deduction from original amount I've sent?

It this issue is related to Israel-Germany winternational wiring? What can be done to solve this issue?

Sadly the friends/family option is not available in your country so you can't send or receive f/f payments.

Look into xoom instead?
