Money requests not processed

Hey guys.   I have requested money to be transferred from my bank to my PayPal

account. But they are not being processed.

What am I doing wrong.  I requested the money FROM PayPal to my bank.

and then you say........

  I requested the money FROM PayPal to my bank.

So which is it?
