I widhraw amount from paypal account to mpesa kenya,and refused to process , keeping often widhrawing it's now 8 days and money is in my account,when I linked to my debit card, telling me my card has dicline,if I try to return money back to whom was sending to me ,it tells me we can't process ,why now and iwas using pay pal for nearly two years.help me to send back money if they can't allow me to widhraw my money,I mail them 8 days since.
