Hello, I recently started an online business and got my first client. And now the money he sent to me is on hold. What should I do?

Hello, I still didn't solve the problem. Do I have 21 days every time when someone sends me money? @kernowlass

Hi @Pr0ksy,

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

Thank you @kernowlass for providing the great link!

When you are new to selling with PayPal, any payments you receive may be placed on hold. By placing the payments on hold, we want to make sure that there are enough funds in your PayPal account to resolve any issues that may arise with your transactions, such as chargebacks or disputes.

Typically funds are released after 21 days, or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. Please use the link previously provided for steps to release your payment earlier.

Your payments will not be held all the time. It takes time to build up a history of successful transactions. Once you become an experienced seller with PayPal, you may become exempt from holds.

I hope this helps!
