Money not refounded that i paid to email that dosnt exist even tho it says refounded.

I wrongly payed to wrong email that dosnt exist or have email (i created it now on that adresss just to be shure) i pressed the refound button

but it says refounded but never was i seen all my paypal paments etc and i never got that money its 1000€in game..

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with a recent transaction and I know this can be concerning. Please be informed that if the money was sent to non existing PayPal account, the funds will be unclaimed which means the payment that hasn’t been accepted or denied by the recipient. These kinds of payments are automatically reversed after 30 days. How your money is reverted depends on how you made the original payment. If the payment is processed through a credit or debit card, it can take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement. Since you mentioned that the payment status shows as refund but haven't received the funds, I would recommend you to contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
