Money not received to my card but indicated as completed.

Hello, I've transacted some money to my card and PayPal's status is indicated as "completed" but I have not received any money in my card and my bank has not sent me any message regarding transactions. How may I resolve this? I cannot get ahold of any PayPal customer service agents.

I am sorry to know that you're yet to receive the transferred funds and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. Withdrawals to card can take up to 1-3 business days to complete. The status of your withdrawal is "Completed," which means it has completed processing through our system. PayPal has no control over the length of time it takes your Finanancial institution to post their credits, and we do not receive a confirmation when your credit has been received by your financial institution. If you are unable to locate the deposit in card issuer and the status of the transaction is still "Completed" in your PayPal account history, we can trace your withdrawal once 14 business days have passed. Usually, if there’s a problem with withdrawal, it is returned to us, and the funds are reversed back into your PayPal balance.  In this situation, please contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page.
