Money not received from sender

PayPal shows a received amount from a sender but I cannot see it on my balance or in my bank account, where else could it be ?

Do you mean its showing in your paypal activity but not in your balance OR its only showing on a paypal email you received?

What currency was sent?

Have you verified/confirmed your email address?
