Money not cleared in my PayPal account

Hi, I am new on PayPal. I received an email notification which has an option that says, "Claim Your Money". I clicked the, "Claim Your Money" option on the email but when I check my PayPal balance, the money has not cleared, and I received another email notification saying, "Account limit lifted". Any Idea why the money has not cleared in my PayPal account?
