Money is not received in bank account yet please help me

Money was sent from my Paypal account to my bank account on 17th November but I have not received that money in my bank account yet. I also contacted my bank but they say they haven't received any money yet. I have tried to contact paypal agents many times since last 2 days but whenever i try to contact them i get same reply "All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours". Tried to contact at different times but same reply every time. I do not understand what are their business hours. I don't understand what should I do now? Can anyone help me?

Please allow up to 5 business days for the money to show in your bank account. The length of time depends on the bank’s clearing process.
