So a friend of mine sent me money as a late bday gift from singapore. When she sent it, the money wasnt on my account yet, it was on the " pending, on hold" thingy in paypal. Any reason why paypal thinks im a seller?
They don't have the friends/family option in Singapore so the funds would have been sent using the goods/services option and so you would be viewed as a seller with the hold and the fee unfortunately.
