Money being held in wells faro bank. By pay pal

I have a bank transfer from axos bank to my pay pal acoount but pay pal put it in a wells fargo bank Here it is being held now there playing you need to talk to him on you need to talk to them game amd its been since july 9 and nothing is done to get it in my bank account
