Money add issue. Can I pay my outstanding balance by a card the origin of which do not match my account jurisdiction?
I want to pay my debt however, i cannot do it cause my credit card added but i cannot use to pay by it. I wrote to paypal but they kept sending me a warning messages to urgently pay the outstanding debt. They just ignoring me. Is there any way to contact with them and explain everything?
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
