Money Transferred to Dormant Bank Account

Good Day! I mistakenly transferred money to a Dormant Bank Account yesterday. How do I get my money back? please help me.

If it doesn't complete then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 working days and if no show contact customer services for a trace.
