MONEY RECEIVED PENDING. A friend from Costa Rica sent $1000 to my friend's PayPal account yesterday night and he was debited instantly however until now my friend is saying that the money hasn't dropped in his account that the money is pending in his dashboard and for some reasons I find it difficult to believe him please what's going on I feel like he's playing me and that money is for an urgent hospital bill now I'm so confused and stranded
