Hello, in my mobile application in the payments section there is no button to send money.

Have you added and confirmed an eligible Mastercard or Visa debit card, or to an eligible Mastercard or Visa credit card to your paypal account?

Yes, I have added MasterCard for payment. In my payments section there is only an inscription in the middle of the screen “When paying for subscriptions using PayPal, you can track your changes here” in this section there is only this phrase and no more available buttons.

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issue while sending money from your account. If you've already confirmed your Mastercard, you will be able to send money from your account. I would suggest you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. Please make sure you're using the latest version and it is updated. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the Support Team to look into this further.
