I purchased a saddle from a friend and sent her payment via PP. She accepted and created the shipping label. I tried to confirm delivery on the mobile app, but was unable. However, on the website there was a confirm button. How come I couldn't confirm the delivery via the mobile app on my phone? Delayed payment for a week.
