Missing payment

Hello,

So the day before I received payment from Cults3D in Euro, the sent an e-mail that confirms it, but my balance still displays 0 two days later.

Could you please advise me as to what to do now?

If I understand correctly, first, I must connect my paypal account to a US bank account or a Visa card. Second, I must wait 30 days to receive my payment.
