Missing option for determination conversion exchange rate by cardholder bank

Hello, In past I was able to change option, that Exchange rate will be determined by cardholder Bank. Why is now not possible to change this option when I want to send it to my account? My friend send me 410 € and If I want to withdraw to my account, PayPal set automatic Exchange rate to 9618 CZK which is equal to 23 € (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) LESS than I received! That is ALOT OF MONEY, GUYS! I just DONT NEED this conversion. I just want to send 410€ without multiple conversion. Where I can change this? Thank you.

I completely understand your concern about the currency conversion charges during the withdrawal. The exchange rate applies when you trying to withdraw the money in a different currency. You can learn more information on fees by clicking the 'Fees' at the bottom of PayPal page.
