Missing Payment

Hello! I have a Travelpayout account, and they have sent money to my PayPal account. However, it has been approximately 15 to 20 days, and I can't see any transaction or money in my account. Why is that

Also which currency did you send?

Double check the email address you have on the site and make sure its your paypal one and you have confirmed it.
