Missing Money

I recently sent money to an online Casino website and have done so many times. The $20 came out of my PayPal account. When I went to casino, it was not there. I called PayPal and they said transaction went through. I messaged casino and they say it was not there and there is no transaction at all...Where is the money? This has happened at 2 casinos..One transaction for $10 and One for $20. HELP PLease..Thank you..

If the payment shows as "Completed", it has been sent to the recipients PayPal account. If you have not received the service from the merchant, please dispute the transaction for "Item/Service not Received". For information on how to open a dispute, please review this link - https://bit.ly/3yux4nV
