Hi,
I'm trying to buy from a store/merchant online and noticed that whenever I pick Paypal as the payment method, the merchant is charging me an extra 3,4% of the total amount.
Is this even legal? Is the merchant allowed to charge me extra for selecting Paypal during the checkout?
