Make new payment with refunded money not showing in bank account

Can you make a new payment if the money from a refund is shown on your paypal inbox but not on your bank account? I got an item refunded from an online purchase I did, and want to buy another item but don't want to wait up to two business days until the money is shown in my bank account, the refund is shown on my paypal app inbox and the amount of money refunded but i can't yet see it on my bank account, can i still make a new purchase or do I have to wait until the money is shown in my bank account?p
