I recently made a payment and got a receipt email but right after that payment paypal asked me to confirm my identity or the account would be limited. Does it mean that the payment I made didn't go through?
You're payment went through. It just means if you don't verify your identity you wont be able to use things like PayPal cash. They've had my identity pending for years for no reason and I've been able to purchase things with no problems
