Made a payment to client in China but they cannot confirm via email. The page will not load.

I have sent a payment of $125 dollars to a client in China.

 

They have received and email and are being asked to confirm their email. However when they click the link the page does not load?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I understand your concern about the sent payment. Please ask the receiver to try clearing cache/cookies and also using a different browser or device to confirm their email address. The receiver may not be able to confirm, if there's any pending money request or invoice to the same email address. In such cases, the receiver needs to cancel the invoice/money request for the email to be confirmed. For any additional assistance, please ask the receiver to reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website.
