Linking bank account

When i try to link my bank account its says my account is already linked to the maximum amount of paypal accounts but this is the only account i have. What should i do?

Have you already linked it to that account before at least 3 times?

when i click transfer money it asks me to link my bank account and in my settings it doesnt show any bank accounts linked to my paypal. I used my bank account before in the past when my paypal wasnt  a business account.
