Link PayPal account with GauthExpert App

I can't link my PayPal account with the GauthExpert app and I can't withdraw my funds to my PayPal account. After adding my PayPal account and withdrawing the amount, it gives success but after two minutes the funds back again into my GauthExpert account. This matter had repeated three times. My PayPal account is active and verified "receiving and sent".
The app determined my PayPal account as "Invalid".
