PayPal sent me an email saying that someone sent me money ( I know who ) but since it’s a bit much they need to confirm my identity, which I did and it got approved, but I still don’t see the payment

Hi @shaeybhrm

 

Are you seeing the payment at all on your account? If we ask you to confirm your identity and you have done so you should be seeing the payment on your account. If the payment was showing on the sender's side as "unclaimed" it is possible that they could have cancelled it. I would check with the sender to ensure they haven't cancelled. I would also ensure that your email address is confirmed and this needs to be done before you can receive funds.
