Last week I received an email from PayPal about "We are changing your reserve to 745.13 USD" So now my all receiving paments holding until filling that amount. So I'm very confused about this and I don't know what to do now. My little business got payments of 10 to 20 USD per week only. So I have to wait a long time to fill this reserve. Also, this is a high risk for my little business. Because it's a lot amount comparing my situation. I think this is a very unfair decision. Could someone help me to resolve this in a proper way
