Last purchase did not reflect activity

My latest purchase did not show on my PayPal activity but I was charged. I'm still trying to contact my bank. I tried contacting PayPal but my number is not registered to their database maybe because I'm from Philippines not from US.

Have you contacted the merchant to see if the order went through?

If so its possible you paid as a guest buyer via a card and did not log into your paypal account during checkout?
