JPMorgan case paper bank cheque. How put it into Paypal account? Country-Ukraine. War conditions?

Ukraine is under russian attack. I have paper bank cheque on my hands. I am man and cannot leave territory of Ukraine during the war. Bank cheques doesn't work in Ukraine. I want to put my paper cheque into my paypal account. How I can do it? Please advice me.

Unfortunately the cash a cheque option is not available in your country.

Would a bank cash it?
