Issues with 'payment request'

 

My client wanted a link where they can enter their credit card details. I sent a payment request. Its been 4 days - it shows pending status on my end. Client is saying me that I have to charge the card but I dont know how. I dont have card details or any mail from paypal or anything. Its been 20 days and I haven't been paid, please help.

Hi @sneha_2601,

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

 

When you send a payment request to your client, they must click on the link and follow the steps to complete the payment. If the payment request still shows as Pending/Unpaid, it would mean your client has not yet completed the payment. 

 

You cannot charge your clients card yourself. The payment must be initiated by them. If they are unable to complete the request, they can send you the payment directly. All you need to provide them is your email address.
