I have received money on two of my paypal accounts, I have issued refund on both accounts and the money has not been received yet on their end its been 7 days. the refund should reach their bank account. Any help?
I see you are referring to the refund. I would like to inform you that the refunds will be credited to the original funding source of the payment in 3-5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on the card statement. If they made the payment using a card or bank account, I suggest you ask them to check their bank statements to know if the refund has been credited.
