Issue with Money transfer to bank in India via Xoom

I have transferred funds to my account in India. The money was taken out of my US bank account and has not reached my Bank in India. I have called customer service every day fro 5 days now and this has not been resolved. For those of you who have faced this issue in the past, how did you get this resolved? My intention is to wait till Monday morning and then place a complaint with Texas Department of Banking. Are there other avenues to help with this issue?

Did you also talk to Xoom customer service asking for a trace on the transfer? You can file a complaint with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA so PayPal executive escalations can look into it for you.
When will my money get there?
