Issue with Bank Transfer Reversal and Unexplained Fees

Good morning,

 

I recently requested a transfer to my bank account, but the day after I initiated the transfer, I noticed that the funds were returned to my PayPal account, and €3 were deducted as fees. I tried calling PayPal customer support and was kept on hold for an hour, only to be disconnected in the end. I also attempted to use the Resolution Center, but there is no option that accurately describes this issue.

 

Due to the inability to contact PayPal directly, I'm reaching out to this forum in hopes that someone can assist me with this problem.

Hello everyone,

 

I wanted to provide an update on my previous post. I finally managed to get in touch with PayPal customer support over the phone. They were very helpful and have refunded the €3 fee. Everything is now resolved.

I made a transfer my dollar card to paypal, money deducted from my card but my paypal is not reflecting the amount. How do I reverse or get a refund
