Issue regarding sending payment

My problem is that im not able to send payment. Despite everything is clear it keeps saying we have added your payment method but you can't use it now . Please let me know if the solution for it . Thanks

Did you confirm your funding source with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Hard to advise when you haven't said what you added as a funding source.

So go to HELP top of screen and put in ''confirm card'' OR ''confirm bank account'' whichever applies.

Yes my bank account is already confirmed. Also when i tried card option, there i cant see rupay ( type of card) . But there is another option for sending money via bank and its already confirmed still it says your method has been recorded or received but u cant use it now. Do i have to go bank and ask about these things? Like whats the matter is i need mastercard or something btw thanks for helping me out

Paypal does not support the rupee and you can't buy 'within your country' you can only buy internationally as per link.

So you would need to add and confirm a mastercard or visa and the funds would be converted during the payment process.
