I am trying to issue a refund. I do not have the funds in my PayPal account but have them in the account I have linked to my account. I constantly get a message saying they can't complete the refund as I have insufficient funds. I also tried to do it from a credit card. I have tried multiple times to get it to go out of my linked checking account but it will not work.
I contacted PayPal and just got told to keep trying and it might eventually go through. Not helpful! I need to refund the money asap.
