Whenever I send money to a family member, they are charged fees on their end. For example, I sent $22 and my Mom was charged $1.13 in fees. Is there a way to avoid this?

Hi @SimpleTheater.
If you are sending the payment for personal reasons , you can choose the option to send as 'Friends and Family'. The fee will be charged if you choose to pay as 'Goods and Service'. Click here for more information about fees.
I hope that the provided information helps, stay safe and have a good day!
