Is it possible that paypal could help refund more than 180 old transaction?

I created US paypal account while i am not US citizen and i didn't know that paypal required to have US bank account to collect the money, so i sent money to my paypal account and it got stuck. The issue is back and forth more than a year now, very hopeless from paypal support that not answer question or try to help seriously and only send back instructions which not work in my case.

So i would like to ask the community if there is any special case that Paypal could help return the money back to where i sent it?

I just want my money back.

That was my question? Why linked it here? So give up my money is the only option? Please can anyone answer me, is it possible for PayPal to return money to where it transferred from a year ago? Or just let PayPal have my money? 😒
