Invoice issue

Hi , I sent an invoice to my customer yesterday with the amount of $56.02 but I received only $4.84 , why this happened?

Did you enable “allow partial payments” option on invoice?

 

And PayPal invoices generate goods and services payments so PayPal deducts a fee, too.

 

Contact customer service, they could take a look as forum users aren’t equipped to handle account specific issues:
