I understand your concern about transferring of funds. Unfortunately, you won't be able to transfer funds from one bank to another bank through PayPal. However, you can certainly add funds from a bank account to your PayPal account and then have it transferred to your linked financials such as bank or card. You can withdraw funds to your local bank, US bank and a debit card. If you wish to make purchases through PayPal, you can link your financials to your account.
